Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices. RAILGUN uses end-to-end encryption, which means your encryption keys are stored on your device. If you lose access to your device and keys, we cannot recover your messages.

RAILGUN and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RAILGUN and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The RAILGUN client applications are open source under their respective licenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAILGUN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms
